You can either drop your computer off to us, or we will be happy to pick up from your home or office.
3. We will get to work
Most computer repairs are done the same day or next day. Once we have completed your repairs we will contact you to pickup or schedule a drop off.

Typically we repair most issues the same day or next business day.
Basic repairs start at $70 plus parts (if needed). We can give you a quote on anything extensive before we work on it.
We can come to your home or office to fix your computer within 20 mile radius of New Braunfels.
Yes. To cut overhead costs we work from home. So we do require an appointment to drop off or pick up your computer for repair.
We need your power cord, and any passwords to access to computer or issues you’re needing addressed.
We are currently able to repair Windows PCs and laptops. We do not work on Macs or Apple products at this time.
